Is your stock limited by the stock on the web?
No, we have larger stock. In case you can not find the item you search, please feel free to ask for it.

What will the procedure be when I make a request?
As soon as you make a request, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. We will check the availability of the requested item(s) in our stock. If available, you will get an payment request including shipping price as well. After payment is made, your item will be shipped with the shipping service that you have chosen. If you prefer the money transfer option, we will ship the items as soon as the money arrives.

Can I cancel or delay my order?
Yes you can do it on the form that we send you by mail.

Is my signature required upon the delivery of my order?
Yes a signature will be required when your order arrive at the destination.

Can I return my order?
Yes you can return the items at your cost of shipping and taxes. The items shipped to USA can be returned to our USA office if the item price is less than US$500.00. All the other countries can return items to Turkey only but customs and taxes of import to Turkey may be higher so we do not recommend it. The special order or custom made items can not be returned.
